Coaching

As your Coach, I help you close the gap between where you are and where you want to be in any area of your life. I help you clarify and prioritize your goals, create a strategy, identify specific steps to take, and provide you with on-going support by using a process of inquiry and personal discovery to build your level of awareness and responsibility, in order to help you achieve your goals. It’s my job to keep you moving forward in the ways that you have identified as essential, while deepening the learning of who you are and what’s important to you – so that you can live the rest of your life with no regrets!

Coaching is typically done by phone from the convenience of your home or office. The coaching session lasts 45 minutes and, typically, we meet three or four times per month, depending upon your needs. See below for details of rates and options.

Discovery session - once you have decided that you’d like to work with me as your coach, we schedule a Discovery session and you receive a welcome packet including a very extensive questionnaire. During this time, we explore your core values, your life purpose, your personal code of conduct, the way you move through the world. During this discovery, we map out what you want from coaching, identifying concrete measures of success. We also design the coaching alliance that would best meet your needs. The Discovery session is 2 1/2 hours and is included in the coaching programs detailed below.

Programs and Rates:

6 month program – includes Discovery session (see above for detailed description) and 3 45 minute sessions per month for six months. Cost: $4,700.00 if paid in full/$5,000.00 if paid in monthly installments over the six month period.  If you prefer to meet more frequently (four sessions per month), the cost is $5,900.00 if paid in full/$6,200.00 if paid in monthly installments over the six month period.

I also offer a 6 month CAREER RE-INVENTION program that is a must for anyone in transition with their career life and who is ready to look at “What’s Next?”. The program structure and rates are the same as for the regular coaching program and includes a 2 1/2 hour Career Re-Invention Discovery session. I have over 25 years professional experience in the fields of career development, employment and training management, human resources, and recruitment.

Upon completion of either program, I offer ongoing month-to-month coaching as follows: 2 45 minute sessions at $400 per month, 3 45 minute sessions at $500 per month, or 4 45 minute sessions at $650.00 per month.
